9. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any judicial proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of thirty (30) calendar days. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the parties may submit to a mediation process before an authorized mediation center in the city of Cuenca, in accordance with Ecuador's Arbitration and Mediation Law.

10. Modifications to terms

Eccuencafund S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. Your continued use of the website after publication of changes will constitute your acceptance thereof. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
