Consultation form data is retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction. Anonymized analytical data may be retained for longer periods.

8. Minors

Our services are directed exclusively at persons over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will proceed to delete it immediately.

9. Changes to this policy
